We all know there’s a little more to running a successful flower business than just beautiful blooms! This workshop is perfect for freelance florists, start up florists or anyone looking to refine or re-work their business processes.
Take some time to work on your business instead of just in it, as we take you through our entire process from enquiry to execution.
In this workshop, we’ll explore:
Branding and getting to know your ideal client
How to communicate with and manage the expectations of your clients
Managing your workflow and timelines efficiently
Developing boundaries and work-life balance
Creating mood boards and client presentations
Quoting and ordering (including our very own ordering + costing calculator)
Runsheets and staffing
A notebook and workbook

Flos Botanical Studio requires 48 hours notice via email prior to the start of a class or event for a full refund or transfer. Refunds and transfers will not be processed if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event commencing. We do not offer refunds for missed classes. There are no fees for refunds or transfers. For cancellations prior to the 48 hour cut off, email Flos Botanical Studio to organise a refund or transfer
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Your space will not be confirmed until full payment has been received.
If you cannot attend a class for any reason, refunds are not available due to our intimate class sizes - so please assign a friend to take your place and let us know of the name change by email
We have class minimums and in the case, we don’t make them we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be offered a refund or class transfer.
If we need to cancel a class for any reason, we may do so at any time before the class is scheduled to begin. You will receive a full refund or you can choose to attend another class of the same value (or plus or minus any difference in class fee) within a 12 month period
